aBOUT THE pROJECT
Wellington Street was a rear extension and internal renovation to an existing semi detached dwelling. The existing dwelling was too small for a growing family and consisted of only 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom,lounge and outdoor WC and laundry.

The transformation
Once the extension is complete the house will be transformed into a modern 3 bedroom, main bathroom, ensuite for the main bedroom , open plan living, dining, kitchen and lounge area with a covered alfresco section.
The materials used complement the unique space and elevate the interiors. The main open plan area consists of Polished Concrete using “whitesunday” by Geo Stone, White painted internal brickwork complimented with exposed Black Butt roof beams.
